The Hotel Vittoria's Restaurant is managed at first hand by the same owners of the hotel: Marco and Pola Calissi will be happy to prepare for you the best typical dishes of Tuscan Cooking, not only with meat or fish but also vegetarian. A lot of choices will be available for you under request. Our biggest effort is the attention about the selection of food tells Marco, the Hotel's cook with a special preference for the products "kilometro zero", made in our lands; we always try, moreover, to use the several products in relation with the season and availability.
