Lucca Comics and Games
The most important event dedicated to comics, animated films, illustration and games is held in Lucca, art city of Tuscany a few km from Versilia. Is the Lucca Comics and Games, on stage for over 20 years and now famous worldwide.

The event is held in the historic center of Lucca, inside the medieval walls that give a very evocative atmosphere. The pavilions are located in various areas of the city and you can access them only by showing the bracelet certifying the purchase of the ticket.
The most amusing and curious part of the Lucca Comics and Games, however, is completely free: in fact many fans wearing costumes of their heroes for the whole day so that simply walking around the city you can meet heroes and heroines from comics, cartoons, movies and video games.
To facilitate the public in the festival visit every part of the city is dedicated to a specific theme. Are always present in particular the games area, the comics area, the music and cosplay area, the movies area and the japan town.
During the four days of the festival are held exhibitions, presentations, contests, meetings with authors, concerts and cosplay competitions that attract in the city a large audience and just as varied: from children to adults, then journalists, photographers and artists of all kinds.
